Other Costs

  • Setup fee of R 445.00.
  • Training is charged at R 1 109.00 per hour.
  • An additional cost of R 277.00 when a debit order bounces.

  • Telephonic, e-mail and remote support will be charged at R 1 215.00 per hour.
  • The call out fee for assistance is R 1 215.00 per hour (including travel time) plus travel cost of AA rates plus 20% surcharge.

Manner of payment

Our clients are billed via debit order only. At the time of completing your software licensing agreement, a debit order authorisation form will be presented simultaneously. Billing occurs between the 25th and the last day of every month and is for a month in advance.
